CarDuka is an online car selling platform. Where everything about cars is made easy! A convenient service for all car lovers. The new entrant in the market needed an identity and personality that would resonate with the Kenyan audience.

Challenge

How could we uniquely position the brand in the market and resonate with the Kenyan audience?

Insight

Cars are like a companion to most people. As a brand understanding their needs and connecting with them right to the point of purchase is vital.

Solution

We created a fictional character ‘Jack The Legend’ to position the brand as an experienced personality in the motor industry that knows everything about cars. We adopted a specific tone and voice to communicate to our audience. Through a video that showcased the life of Jack, we presented our character.

Summary & Recognition

The Brand developed a unique persona and a clear voice to speak to the audience. We managed to make the brand more human, approachable and relatable to the audience.
